This website is operated by Monza Decor (ABN 45 967 654 572), 1208/530 Little Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Using our store

You must not use our store for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or interfere with the website. We may refuse service to anyone at any time for a legitimate reason.

3. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can look different on different screens, and sizes or measurements may vary slightly. If a product is not as described, please see our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. See our Payment Policy for details.

5. Orders

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order, and may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

8. Health and electrical products

Wellness, massage and similar products sold in our store are general consumer products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Please follow all product instructions and seek advice from a health professional if you have a medical condition. Some electrical products may be supplied with a plug or voltage noted in the product description; please check before ordering and use a certified adaptor or transformer where required.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for the guarantees set out in section 7, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our store or products.

All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Monza Decor or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
