Monza Decor is an Australian online retailer. This website and all sales made through it are operated by Monza Decor. The business address above is not a showroom or returns address. Please email us before sending anything to us.

How we operate

Monza Decor sells home, lifestyle and household products online. Many of our products are sent directly to you from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, which may be located outside Australia. Monza Decor remains the seller and is responsible for your order, and your consumer rights are with us.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing on this website or in our policies excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. Customers outside Australia may also have rights under the consumer laws of their own country, and nothing in our policies is intended to limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Prices, tax and currency

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Orders delivered outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees charged by the destination country, which are payable by the customer. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Product information and images

We take care to describe our products accurately, including sizes, materials and features. Product images are for illustration, and colours may look different depending on your screen. Sizes and weights are approximate and may vary slightly between production batches. Props, styling items and accessories shown in photos are not included unless the product description says so. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, please contact us under our Refund Policy.

Product safety and use

  • Please read and follow any instructions, warnings and care information supplied with the product or shown on the product page before use.
  • Electrical and battery-powered products (such as lights, power banks, chargers and personal care devices): check the voltage, plug type and charging requirements listed on the product page before buying and before use. Do not use a product with a damaged cable, plug or battery. Do not leave charging items unattended, and keep them away from water and heat unless the product page states it is designed for that use.
  • Children: unless a product is clearly sold as a children's product, our products are not toys. Keep small parts, cords, glass and electrical items out of reach of young children and pets.
  • Personal care and massage products are for general personal use only and are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, seek advice from a health professional before use.
  • Candle holders, lighting and heat-producing items: never leave a lit candle or heat-producing product unattended, and keep it clear of flammable materials.
  • Wall-mounted and load-bearing items (such as shelves, racks, hooks and organisers): install them according to the instructions, use fixings suitable for your wall type, and do not exceed any weight limit stated.
  • Outdoor and solar products: outdoor ratings and solar performance vary with weather and sunlight conditions.

The Monza Decor name, logo and the original text, design and layout of this website belong to Monza Decor and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Other product names, brand names and trademarks that may appear on this website belong to their respective owners. Any reference to them is for identification only and does not mean that Monza Decor is affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those owners.

The information on this website is provided for general information about our products. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but errors can occur. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at sales@monzadecor.com.au with your order number. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to resolve complaints fairly and quickly. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact Consumer Affairs Victoria or the consumer protection agency in your state, territory or country.
